Whether you’re in a private rental or subsidised housing, Whare Haumaru (Sustaining Tenancies) Service may be able to help. Where Haumaru assists vulnerable tenants, whose tenancy may be at risk. The service provides a flexible housing response. The service may include other whānau members or support person as appropriate.

The Service is open from 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday (closed public holidays and weekends).

Referrals are accepted from any source including self and whānau referrals.
